Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your SAINT products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at operations@bodytoday.de with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at operations@bodytoday.de with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
